3. Refund and Transfer Policy

3.1 Legal Services

Clients may request a refund or transfer of scheduled legal services within 14 days of payment if no substantial work has been performed. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as an account credit. To initiate a request, please complete our contact form.

3.2 Information Products

For digital guides, reports, or webinars, full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase provided that no downloads or accesses have been made. Requests must be submitted via the contact form.

3.3 Goods

Physical materials sold by LawGTechGroup may be returned within 7 days of receipt if items are unused and in original condition. Clients must request a return authorization via the contact form. Approved returns will be accepted at our Singapore address and refunds processed within 14 days of receipt.

3.4 Non-Refundable Services

Certain offerings such as fixed-fee support packages and reserved consultation slots are non-refundable due to the allocation of dedicated resources and scheduling commitments.
